Sub-Category appears only when it has to

Multi-event projects get the row. Single-event projects and every template skip it, because there's only one event those fields could mean.

Each tooltip explains why the panel is shaped this way rather than walking through every rule, and stays true whether a project has one event or four.

Open question

Templates always resolve to the primary event, so a template can't reference the second day of a wedding weekend. If that's needed, it has to be added from inside the project.
